How to respond to a meeting
Someone's trying to schedule time with you? There are a few ways your assistant can help you handle it.
Option 1: Add Okthx from your inbox
See a scheduling email in Gmail, Outlook, or whatever email client you use? Just add okthx@okthx.com to the CC and reply with something like:
"Adding my assistant Okthx to help coordinate."
That's it. Your assistant will jump in, handle the back and forth, accept invites, and make sure everything lands on your calendar. If it needs your input, it'll reach out via email or push notification.
Option 2: Respond from the Okthx Home page
Your assistant is always scanning your email for scheduling-related messages so you don't have to go looking for them. When it spots something, it'll surface it on your Home page as a thread, ready for you to act on.
For scheduling emails, your assistant will create a thread with the email and auto-draft a reply that says something like "Adding my assistant Okthx to help coordinate." Review it, click Send, and your assistant takes over the scheduling from there.
For calendar invitations, your assistant will create a thread with the invitation details, including any conflicts on your calendar. From there you can:
Accept
Confirms the meeting (even if there's a conflict, you can choose to double-book).
Decline
Turns down the invitation.

Kicks off a back-and-forth email with the other person to find a time that works better.
